“When we perceive our light and our shadow at the same time, we see ourselves from both sides and come into our center.” C.G. Jung
I was raised in Klosters, a small village in the Swiss mountains, which shaped my relationship to nature. Although my life has become urban and cosmopolitan, my love for the mountains remains fundamental. This strong relationship with nature grounds my versatile life, in which people and relationships have always been at the center. As a nurse, I accompanied severely ill and dying people, as a teacher, I prepared children and teenagers for their lives and in communication I gave people and projects a voice. Travelling, both personal and professional, allowed me to build relationships with people of different cultural backgrounds living in challenging economic and social situations. As part of my professional career I took on more management and leadership responsibilities and found a balance in Yoga and with my friends. My experience with people in different contexts and my many years of work in the management of various organizations, including at executive level, now benefit me: Today, my work in analytical psychology allows me to contribute my life experience and knowledge for the benefit of others and achieve the balance between doing what I love – and being who I am.
