Graduate Analyst
Beyond all theory and big words, I believe that at the heart of therapy is a simple, profound encounter: two humans sitting together in presence and deep care. This space is for you. You don’t have to do anything for anyone else here.
I am a trauma-informed Jungian Analyst. I understand therapeutic work as inherently systemic, shaped by history and culture as much as by our individual stories. I also draw from my training in the Enneagram, somatic practices and collective trauma work. Beyond therapy, I serve on the Program Committee and teach at ISAPZURICH, my alma mater, where I continue to learn.
I see analysis as a space to tend to pain as much as to cultivate joy and purpose. We try to speak from life rather than about it. Sessions may include dream work, active imagination, meditation, grounding the nervous system through breath, or gently meeting younger parts of you with care. Working online is a relatively new modality, and I am continuously learning how to create a sacred virtual container. My meditation practice sustains my capacity to stay attuned.
I bring to my work years of clinical training, but above all, I draw from the book of life. I live at the confluence of two very different cultures, Indian and Swiss, and this has called me to seek an inner rootedness. My approach weaves Jungian depth work with Indian wisdom traditions in ways that are practical and alive. I view analysis through a decolonial lens, supporting the process of reconnecting to one’s own voice, history, and inner authority.
Before following my calling to be an analyst, I worked as a journalist and filmmaker, navigating diverse social realities. Those years taught me that there are a million ways to be human. I am also interested in how Jungian work can support the creative process, whether someone is incubating a book, a business, or any expression emerging from within.
I’m a relatable therapist on my own journey too, committed to inner work and learning to meet with love and grace, the inevitable challenges my one precious life brings, to borrow the words of the poet Mary Oliver. You don’t have to know where to start. We can begin with whatever is here. Reach out.
I currently live between India and Switzerland with my Indo-Swiss family.
