International School of Analytical Psychology Zurich

I am an Istanbul-born Jungian Analyst in training at ISAPZURICH. I have a private practice in Zurich and work in English, French and Turkish.

I grew up in Istanbul, where I lived until the end of high school. I followed my Bachelor studies in Economics; partly in Istanbul and in New York. Subsequently, I came to Switzerland to pursue my masters in Actuarial Science. After graduating, I worked three years in the financial sector, first in Geneva and then in Zurich. During this time I started my analytic work with a Jungian Analyst. This has been such an enriching and liberating process that after a short while I became passionate about knowing -both with the heart and the head- more about it. A year into my analysis, I started my Jungian training, which became my new path.

Working with clients, witnessing their stories is an extremely enriching and humbling experience. In my practice I work with adults and young adults with different nationalities, backgrounds and life situations. Although I did not choose to focus on a particular topic or condition, I have experienced clusters of themes appearing in my practice, for which my interest has certainly grown. These are migration, inclusion, addiction (in the broad sense of the term), chronic pain, burnout, depression, anxiety and psychosomatic conditions.

You can read more on jungian analysis, the analytic setting and about me on my website. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
